Federal Minister for Sciece and technology and Information secretary (BNP-Mengal) Mr. Agha Hassan Baloch paid a visit to PITE, Balochistan on 12th September 2022.
Director PITE Mr. Sher Ahmed sumalani sab along with all administrative and Academic staff warmly welcomed the honorable guest. The worthy guest Mr. Agha Hassan Baloch visited various portions, interacted with faculty members and was friefed about the works, functions, responsibilities, challenges and way forward plans to accomplish in near future.
Mr. Agha Hassan Baloch interacted with course participants of on going trainings of Mercy corps, teachers reflected on their learning. He appreciated Director PITE and PITE faculty members efforts for accomplishment of several quality trainings in the province proving trainings on modern teaching strategies, properly utilizing low cost no cost materials, making lessons easy, interesting, creating a conducive learning environment for students and steps taken for capacity building of faculty members through Internal capacity building programme (ICPD) program.
Meanwhile he said that he pleased to see PITE, Balochistan has been playing a wonderful role to boost up the capacity building of the in-service teachers in province. He assured that he will provide full support to the institution and pleased to make the following announcement for PITE Balochistan on urgent basis.
1: 50 laptop for faculty members
2: A tubewel to resolve the water issue of institute
3: Provide exposure opportunity to PITE faculty to other provinces.
4: Provision of instruments/ latest technology for digital Lab.
5: Promised to visit PITE, Balochistan Quetta soon again.
