The Professional Institute of Teacher Education (PITE), in collaboration with the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive Education (ASPIRE), generously funded by the World Bank, has embarked on a significant initiative to offer teaching assistance to in-service Government primary, middle, and secondary school teachers within the Secondary Education Department of Balochistan. The primary objective is to enhance their professional development, thereby uplifting the overall quality of education throughout the region. In alignment with this mission, PITE has commenced a 12-day training program focusing on the Capacity Building of Teachers in Effective Instruction.

Throughout these 12 days, the Master Trainers (MTs) leveraged their professional expertise, employing contemporary skills and techniques to fulfill their role diligently. The training covered essential aspects such as Foundational Literacy, Distance Learning, and Accelerated Learning Strategies Assessment, all of which were well-received by the participants. The delivery of content was executed with utmost professionalism, utilizing diverse methodologies to create an engaging and non-intimidating learning environment.

Despite the challenging weather conditions, the training sessions were conducted successfully, owing to the participants’ determination, a pleasant venue, and the captivating material provided. The meticulous planning and execution ensured that all scheduled topics were covered comprehensively, fostering a positive and conducive learning atmosphere. Participants expressed satisfaction with the trainers’ performance in their reflections, highlighting the achievement of the training’s objectives.
